The CMA CGM Corporate Foundation

A corporate foundation focused on children in the PACA region and Lebanon

A socially aware supporter of humanitarian and artistic causes, the CMA CGM Group set up its Corporate Foundation in 2005 for projects intended for children. Engaged initially in humanitarian and cultural sponsorship, the Foundation has refocused its activities towards humanitarian and social projects in the Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur (PACA) region in France, and Lebanon.

The corporate foundation is led by its President Naïla Saadé supported by a project manager, Sophie Beau, and an assistant, Isabelle Billet.

As its president explains:

«The Foundation’s objectives are to improve the wellbeing of underprivileged children (infants, young children and adolescents). It supports learning, educational, social and medical projects for children living in precarious circumstances, or with disabilities or who are suffering from a long-term illness.»

Legally independent, the Foundation is financed solely by its founders through an initial endowment of €5 million.
