From West Mediterranean ports (including Fos, Genoa, Livorno, Napoli, Algeciras, Barcelona, Valencia, Vigo, Lisbon, Leixoes) to Venezuela
+ EUR100 per TEU
PEAK SEASON SURCHARGE
Effective October 12th, 2012:
From West Mediterranean ports (including Fos, Genoa, Livorno, Napoli, Algeciras, Barcelona, Valencia, Vigo, Lisbon, Leixoes) to Venezuela, Colombia, Panama, Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica, Belize, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Jamaica, Haiti, Curacao, Aruba, Mexico
+ EUR 125 per TEU standard, reefers, open tops, flats
GENERAL RATE INCREASE
Effective November 1st, 2012:
From New Zealand to Asia , on CMA CGM ANZEX service to Asia
+ USD 200 per TEU on dry cargo
+ USD 750 per TEU on reefer cargo
From All Asian ports (including Japan, South East Asia and Bangladesh) to all Northern European ports (including UK and the full range from Portugal to Russia), to West Med, Adriatic, East Med, Black Sea and North Africa
+ USD 500 per TEU dry cargo, OOG's, Paying empties, Break-bulk and Reefer
