2006 saw the creation of two innovating partnerships: first, a joint venture with IBM meant -through IBM’s expertise- to speed the development and deployment of IT applications to support major shipping industry processes. Second, partnership with Veolia Environnement, intended to offer combined rail/sea transport services on a European scale.

French box giant in joint venture with IBM
