Please note that from this month, collection and cargo release activities will be handled by our Global Shared Service Center team in Costa Rica (GBS), where we have a specialized and trained team to look for the best results for CMA CGM and our customers.

Remember to relate all charges to be cancelled for each BL, all payments must be made to obtain the release of your cargo. Please note that, requests for release must be sent before 3:30 pm for same day response. If the request is sent after the mentioned time, you will receive a response the next day.
