Sign your LOI documents electronically with My CMA CGM!

As we continue to streamline our processes and grow our digital platform, we are developing new tools to better serve you. Through the online LOI eSignature feature on the CMA CGM website, shippers will no longer have to sign and mail hard copies of their documents. eLOIs have an eSignature functionality that allows shippers to sign an online document and send it directly to the agent electronically. Customers can access the signed document at any time on the My CMA CGM dashboard.

CMA CGM Ethiopia – A newly created and fully-fledged CMA CGM Agency

With a strong desire to get closer to our customers and deliver tailored service directly in Ethiopia, CMA CGM opened the first fully-fledged shipping agency in the country. CMA CGM Ethiopia kicked off its operations on December 1st, 2019 replacing MACCFA which was had been representing CMA CGM Group for last 12 years. This new entity is today representing two brands, CMA CGM and APL.


CMA CGM Ethiopia is today enjoying a full autonomy to handle all requests and tap needs for a tailored service of our Ethiopian customers.


CMA CGM is today connecting Ethiopia via Djibouti to the world with 3 main liner weekly calls.

  • Our REX service is offering a direct service to/from main Far East locations
  • Our EPIC service is granting a fast and direct leg from Northern Europe
  • Other range of origins and destinations are covered with efficient connection scheme through our extended network
