How can I find the invoice to be paid by my company?
Invoices are available on the Invoice Dashboard within the CMA CGM eBusiness platform. Invoices with status Open or Overdue are eligible for the payment. The "Pay" button on the Invoice Dashboard allows user to identify invoice(s) to be paid.
Who is able to process online payment?
Registered users can access the "Invoice Dashboard" and process Epayment. If you do not have an access to the Invoice Dashboard, you can request for the access by writing to
Can ePayment be made for all CMA group companies in India ?
Currently Epayment feature is available for CMA CGM and ANL carrier shipments.
What are the payment methods offered ?
NEFT/RTGS, Credit/Debit Card and Internet banking (Corporate banking*).
How is NEFT/RTGS payment different from current process ?
Once customer request for NEFT/RTGS, a challan gets generated from CMA CGM website, customer can use the beneficiary details mentioned in the Challan to make payment.
What are payment cards accepted through CMA portal ?
Master Card and Visa are the accepted cards on the websites.
Then, you will be able to continue your digital experience online (dashboard and tracking tools).
How do I know my payment has been successfully submitted ?
You will be notified by email and payment status is updated in the Invoice dashboard when the payment is finalized. The email receipt can be use as proof of payment to CMA CGM India.
When can I get the document release after my payment ?
Document release will begin once the receipt is provided to the respective team for releasing the BL/DO.
If amount debited from account and transaction got failed, what do I do ?
* The refunds are controlled by Account Holding Bank in case of Net banking and NEFT and The refunds are controlled by Acquirer in case of Cards. Below is standard TAT followed by bank to return transaction amount for failed online payment gateway transaction. For Credit/Debit Card 4-7 Days, Netbanking 5-7 days, NEFT/RTGS 3-4 Days ( Days mentioned are working days ** ).
If transaction got failed and amount not refunded by your banker to your account or card as per their standard TAT then please coordinate with your banker on refund status.

Do I have to update payment details in RTGS link after making online Payment ?
No, If Epayment is made using CMA CGM group websites then no need to update RTGS link separately.
How will I get my payment confirmation receipt ?
On successful payment customers will get a notification on CMA CGM website about successful transaction and additionally they will receive a receipt on mail. Receipt will be generated within 15mins of payment completion.

Which are the Banks where Corporate banking feature can be availed ?
Andhra Bank, Bank of Maharashtra, Central Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Karnataka Bank, Oriental Bank, Union Bank. More banks will be added to the list in due course.
Is there any charges applicable for making Payment using CMA Platform ?
Charges related to Internet Banking and NEFT/RTGS Transaction is supported by CMA CGM. Epayment convenience fees for credit/debit cards will be applicable. For Debit Card, NIL Charges for Transaction up to 2000/-, 0.90% plus GST For Transaction above 2000/-. For Credit Card, 1.95% plus GST.
