"UPDATED ADVISORY ON IMPORT NOA AND INVOICE”
We are pleased to announce that our valued customers can now send all their requests for “Import Notice of Arrival” (NOA) and “Import Tax Invoice” to the following email address with effect from 12th February 2018.
(Please kindly use the email address for your NOA/Invoice request only)
This email is linked to our Shared Service Centre and upon receiving your request, the Import NOA and TAX Invoice will be generated and sent to you via auto-mail system once they are available.
Please send your request to this email address only without copying other CMA CGM emails to avoid the system capturing wrong information.
Please proceed to check your shipment ETA via our tracking facility from our website as our Shared Service Centre will start the import process 5 days prior ETA for long transit vessels and 3 days prior ETA for short transit vessels.
