Port of Nacala Congestion

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to inform you that our vessels calling the Port of Nacala have been facing significant delays to berth due to the refurbishment works being done at the Port.

Two consecutive vessel calls of the MOZEX service have omitted after a standing time of over 14 days at anchorage. It is unfortunately unsustainable for the lines to have such long waiting time to berth, as it attracts additional costs and jeopardizes the remaining vessel rotation and berthing windows on other ports of call.

We continue working with the Port Authorities to find an effective solution to minimize the impact to your business and the economy in general.
