CMA CGM: Experts in handling your import shipments

You do not know what document is needed to get your delivery order? Scan below document and see what you should have in hands before coming into our office.

Drop off proceedure

We are pleased to inform about our new procedure to obtain the turn-in reference numbers for the drop-off of empty containers. You will be able to use the standardized form, allowing you to easily request your turn-in reference numbers – not only for a single drop-off location, but individually for various container depots. After submitting, your drop-off request will be automatically transferred and processed. Within just four hours after submitting, you will already have received your turn-in reference numbers.

Your benefits at a glance:

Quick & Easy: A standardized form, allowing you to request different drop-off locations for individual containers – with only a click of a button.

Simplified & Standardized: No more requests by phone or through the container release – no room for misinterpretations due to a clear and standardized form.

Prompt Response: You will receive your turn-in reference numbers and drop-off locations within just four hours after submitting, giving you more planning security.

Please note that this procedure is mandatory, and no container will be accepted at the depots without any turn-in reference numbers. If you have any questions in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact our import department of CMA CGM.
