Thailand: Going Digital for Booking Amendment

The CMA CGM Group makes it our mission to create a seamless digital experience for you. As such, we strongly encourage customers to make use to the largest extent possible the numerous online functions which eBusiness platforms (My CMA CGM / My CNC / My ANL) offer.

For booking amendment requests made before empty pick-up, booking information can be amended via the platform which you have submitted the booking request (i.e. INTTRA or eBusiness platforms). This speeds up the booking amendment process as compared to requesting amendments via emails to our Bookings team.

In the scenario that the container is already picked-up, pls contact our Customer Service team at for booking amendment requests.
