Experience paperless bills of lading
Fully electronic Bill of Lading are now available on CMA CGM’s eBusiness platforms.
Discover My Prices redesigned, and Instant quote improved
You can now get an instant quote if the system doesn’t retrieve an existing “FAK” contract. The Instant Quote feature has also been extended to U.S. trades. A newly designed My Prices space is waiting for you.
Sign your documents online
You are now able to fill and sign online documents for a specific shipment, directly accessible from the shipment dashboard, by clicking on “upload document” in the “action” column. You will then be able to choose your type of document.
This feature is currently only available for Express (Telex) Release LOI but will progressively be extended to all types of documents.
A Usage & Process information is displayed under the selected type of document to help you and to make sure that this is what you want.
By clicking on “Fill Document”, you will be redirected to a dedicated form. You will have to fill in the required fields and then “Sign”.

Experience Click & Book for multis – reefer – fill the form manually
Our Click & Book feature, that is an improved version of our request booking form (soon available to all), now allows the filling of the routing form manually and to place a booking for one or multiple dry or reefer container (operating/non-operating).
You can still access your old request booking form if needed.

- Our shipment tracking tool is now available in China. This tool now displays ramps;
- Your shipment dashboard has evolved for the best with some improve design;
- Invoice notifications are now split into import and export to make it easier for you.
