• Launched Ethiopian intermodal solutions via Djibouti offering 6-destinations by road: Mekele, Nefas Meewcha, Addis Ababa, Gibe, Shashemene and Jinga.
• Doubled Senegal Genset fleet with acquisition of 15 new generators to support local exportations and TBL to Mali.

New reefer solutions for imports via Durban to Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, Eastern DRC, Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland.

Expanded intermodal local solutions in Angola to include 14 new services to Malange, Bela Vista, Catumbela, Benguela, Bahia Farta, Huambo, Lubango, Malongo, Malembo, Yema, Subantando, Buco Zau, Belize and Necuto.
New South Africa-Zambia inland rail solution launched from Kitwe to Durban.
New inland reefer solution from Mombasa to Kampala on the Kenya-Uganda rail corridor.

Launched new Ivorian inland reefer service & extended South African inland reefer service from/to the port of Durban to Johannesburg.

New routing on Zambia-Walvis Bay Corridor in Namibia.
New inland reefer solution from Nairobi to Mombasa port using DAMCO.

New intermodal hub set up in Libreville, Gabon. From here we serve domestic Gabonese destinations of Franceville, Franceville, Mouila, Bitam, Moanda, Mitzic and Makokou by road.

Reorganisation of all European/Med services to West Africa. The move maximises services to all strategic coastal African markets and provides enhanced inland transport solutions to landlocked Africa. All services are now weekly. Group reopens Gabon & Congo CTBL corridors.
Agency office in Kigali, Rwanda, has been relocated.

February
The CMA CGM Cameroon Container Terminal [3CTC], a new modern logistics platform, opens in Douala.
Group extends its South African inland reefer service from/to the port of Durban to Johannesburg.

Malawi is now offered on a weekly basis.
Agency office in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, has been relocated.


2014

December
New deal negotiated with Rift Valley Railways [RVR], operator of the Kenya-Uganda Railways, allows us to offer competitive and reduced rates to the ICD Embakasi, Nairobi from Mombasa port, Kenya.

November
After a period of political unrest we reopened our TBL service from Douala, Cameroon to Bangui, Central African Republic [CAR].

October
Launched a new TBL reefer solution via Walvis Bay.

September
New inland destinations through Mombasa port [Kenya] to North Kivu region of DRC to include Beni, Butembo and Kisangani.
New corridor offered from Maputo [Mozambique] to Hwange [Zimbabwe] by rail. South African ports of Durban and Coega offers TBL by road and rail to Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, Lesotho, Swaziland, Botswana and DRC.

New trucking service to South Africa destinations banded by distance/radius.
New destinations available from South African ports to Francistown [Botswana] by rail, Mbabane and Manzini [Swaziland], Kwekwe [Zimbabwe].

New Group Agency opens in N’Djamena [Chad].
CMA CGM Group launched first train between the Unicargas Terminal of Luanda [Angola] and the dry port Multiparques, located in the industrial zone of Viana, 25 km away.

‘Flexcost TBL’ launched providing customers with more flexibilities in terms of splitting cost.

To cover the market of Botswana, CMA CGM Shipping Agencies South Africa opened a new office in Gaborone.

CMA CGM / DELMAS expanding its facilities in Dakar, Senegal, with the addition of TCD2 a dedicated multi-activity 15,000m² logistic terminal.
