Empty container return process & Delivery Order update

Dear Customer,


In order to speed up the empty container return procedure, as of September 2nd, 2019, all Delivery Orders will show the return place. This way, you will no longer need to contact logistic department for this process.


Likewise, as of September 2nd, 2019, terminals and deposits will only accept the return of the empty container against an original Delivery Order with it’s “free until” date in validity.


In case you have a Delivery Order with it’s date outdated please communicate with the Import Customer Service Department so we can assist you.

We remind you that the full pick up container process for import remains without any changes, meaning that terminals will still delivering full containers against an original Delivery Order stamped and signed by our authorized personal, regardless of their validity date.
