Dear Customer,

We inform you that, from the day of the date, all cargo without their VGM properly declared before the Cut Off will not be considered for the Vessel and will be transferred to an next departure under CMA CGM’s consideration. All costs that may arise from the transfer will be under Shipper’s account.

We remind you that the VGM’s deadline is the same as the Cargo Cut Off and it is the sole Shipper’s responsibility to correctly obtain, document and transmit the VGM to the Line.

In the event that your container is weighed at Terminal, you can declare the VGM using the calculation by Method 2 until you obtain the weighing ticket, and, once you have it, you can upload your ticket to the web and amend the declared VGM, this modification can be done until the day before the departure of the Vessel.

You will find the instructions for loading the VGM in the following link; => My Shipping Panel => Actions => Send VGM

We invite you to read our frequently asked questions section regarding the SOLAS agreement related to the VGM that you can find here;

We already appreciate your understanding and collaboration, if you have any questions or queries we are at your entire disposal through the Customer Service department.

Best Regards,
