Sign your LOI documents electronically with My CMA CGM!

As we continue to streamline our processes and grow our digital platform, we are developing new tools to better serve you. Through the online LOI eSignature feature on the CMA CGM website, shippers will no longer have to sign and mail hard copies of their documents. eLOIs have an eSignature functionality that allows shippers to sign an online document and send it directly to the agent electronically. Customers can access the signed document at any time on the My CMA CGM dashboard.

As part of the company strategy, CMA CGM Bolivia opened its doors on 2009, and from that moment we have become one of the first shipping solutions for Bolivian customers, with quality, efficient and customer orientated import and export services.

Our offer contains operations from Arica’s and Iquique’s ports, considered the main ports for maritime services from and to Bolivia, and an Intermodal service for our import shipments.

With our office located in Santa Cruz, one of the fastest growing cities in South America, 4 depots located in the main cities in Bolivia, we operate to provide the best shipping solution for Bolivian market.

Weekly sailings

Our INCA service provides weekly sailings from Arica and Iquique to Callao, in Callao we connect Bolivian cargoes to the world with our different services according to customer’s needs.



Intermodal Service

We offer inland service for import shipments, from Arica and Iquique to:

  • La Paz
  • Oruro
  • Cochabamba
  • Santa Cruz

Door delivery service can be provided upon request.
