Dear Customer In order to optimize the process for Certificate issuance, now are available some Certificates (Draft) to be fulfilled
After the file fulfilled, we hereby request you to:
- Send the file to our Customer Service for checkings
- In case of Certificate correctly full-filled as standard model pre-approved by CMA CGM, it will be forwarded to our Local Agency to be printed
- In case of any specific information added on it, the Certificate will be revised by our Customer Service and addressed to our Head Office to be approved
- The Certificate will be issued after approval and you will be informed by our Customer Service
- If Certificate is not approved, you will be also informed by our Customer Service
