The following fees will be charged for any special request of mentioned activities.
Demurrage & Detention
Demurrage & Detention:
The charge, related to the use of the equipment only.
The shipper / consignee / receiver / etc. pays for carrier's equipment kept beyond the free time allowed by the carrier.
Demurrage and Detention do not include storage costs and reefer services which are charged separately.
For Germany the tariff is merged as one timeline:
- Export: from the empty pick up date of the container from depot until loading on board of the vessel at terminal.
- Import: from container discharge date until empty return in depot.
Important:
Always the Country of Loading or Discharging (as per POL/POD in B/L) is applicable in case of Demurrage Detention calculation:

Storage and Terminal Charges
Storage Costs:
Those costs related but not limited to quay rent, charged to both carrier's equipment and shipper's equipment for containers staying on ground.
The settlement of storage is charged by the carrier to the shipper / consignee / receiver / etc.

Reefer Monitoring
Monitoring Tariff GERMANY:
According to CMA CGM's Monitoring Tariff, valid as from 1st of October 2019 until further notice.
THC - Terminal Handling Charge
Terminal Handling Charge Germany:
Charge applicable for the handling of containers at the port, determined and charged by the carrier.
The THC is charged per container for all German ports:
THC as from 17th of April 2024 until further notice

For OOG shipments THC will be doubled
For waterside deliveries or receipts of containers in Hamburg and / or Bremerhaven and / or Wilhelmshaven an additional of 80 € will be charged per container.
Pick Up & Drop Off Charges for Containers
Pick Up & Drop Off Charges
For some depots the pick up and the return of empty Containers incurs charges due to the situation of local stocks and demand.
This charge is applicable per Containertype (20‘ or 40‘) for all mentioned depots in the following tariff:

The terminal security charge (part of ISPS) is applicable for all imported containers.
