FINANCE PROCESS UPDATE: PAYMENT OF REFUND


Dear Valued Customer,


In order to ensure a high quality of service and ensure easier formalities, CMA CGM GHANA wishes to update the following points:


REFUND BY BANK TRANSFER AND CORPORATE ACCOUNT

Effective from April 12, 2021, CMA CGM GHANA will be processing refund payment by bank transfer only


All payment should be made to a designated Corporate bank account (except if the Consignee is an individual) of the Consignee or the Clearing Agent registered with the Company.


Do ensure that all information provided on the Refund request form is accurate and complete, showing the beneficiary’s payment details branch name, branch code etc, to avoid delays in the processing of your applications
