FINANCE PROCESS UPDATE: SSC INFORMATION REQUEST FROM CUSTOMERS

In order to ensure a high quality of service and ensure easier formalities, CMA CGM GHANA wishes to update the following points:


REQUEST OF PAYMENT DETAILS FROM OUR SHARED SERVICE CENTRE(SSC) With effective from July 5, 2021, CMA CGM GHANA share service centre will be contacting you when required for payment details for payment made to the Company’s account, in order to be able to match it against the appropriate invoices the payment relates to. We would appreciate you respond appropriately to their request. Please note that the SSC will not request for any confidential information from you apart from what is stated in the email as sampled in Appendix A of this letter.
