Shipping and Overbooking Rates
Delays & Additional Hold: These charges apply to customer loads that have used up the pre-determined free hold time and apply to both the import and export cycles.
Delivery: This charge is collected in the event that a customer keeps CMA CGM equipment at the terminal for more than the pre-agreed free days and is applied to all containers that remain at the terminal for more than the agreed time.
Additional Reservation: Such charges are collected in the event that a customer reserves a CMA CGM vessel outside the port (of loading or unloading) for more than the agreed free time as it applies for the entire duration that the CMA CGM container is in the custody of the customer until it is safely returned to CMA CGM.

In the event that a Booking is canceled there is no time without charges.

The customer must undertake the customs clearance as he is also responsible for it. Any delays in reaching customs clearance shall be borne by the customer in accordance with the terms and conditions of CMA CGM Bill of Lading #26.
