CUSTOMS CLEARANCE AT ORIGIN
It is a service offered at customer request to prepare and submit documentation required to facilitate export or imports into the country. It includes customs examination, assessment and payment of duty. It covers the costs of customs brokerage process/actions to get shipment customs clearance and related documents. The service may be provided by the carrier directly or through a 3rd party.

EXPRESS RELEASE
Fee invoiced to remunerate the service of easing the container release process at destination (i.e. telex release, BL surrender, seaway bill).
CONTAINER NOMINATION SERVICE
It is service of pre-assignment of container numbers to bookings e.g. before empty container release. This service is offered at customer request and does not cover container selection of a specific quality. Ex: Premium Grade Container service.
