- Commodity restrictions:
- CLASS 1 & 7 Import cargo under special authorization from Defense Ministry & Security
- IMPORTATION OF VEHICULES more than 5 years old is forbidden
- EXPORT WOOD (Bois de Veine) is forbidden

- Customs regulation:
- FULL SEIZED IMPORT after 25 days discharging date
- AUCTION SALES IMPORT 90 days after discharging date
- CUSTOM NUMBER DECLARATION compulsory on Export Bill of Lading
- etc.

- VGM compulsory at Terminal Gate IN for export (Chambre de Commerce)
- ECT (electronic Cargo Trading) / (Custom – Guce CI - and Economics Ministry)
- COC (certificate of conformity) / (Commerce Ministry)

- Lining specification for coffee and cocoa (Coffee cocoa council)
