Our import team is available to assist with your import shipments, below Import information guide for your kind attention.
1. Check the vessel ETA in website by insert your shipment reference (Container/Booking/BL Reference) in Shipment Tracking
2. To avoid EDO on hold, please ensure no outstanding status by following up with our Credit Control Department.
3. For Notice of Arrival, import invoices, Manifest issue, you may connect to your eBusiness account.
4. To follow up on EDO releasing or extension, kindly check the BL status and telex confirmation message with your Shipper to speed up the EDO releasing process.
