DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY ORDER
The following documents are to be submitted at the release counter.
- One (1) set of Original BL duly endorsed by consignee and representatives with company stamp.
- Copy of Company ID/Business card and stamp of representative of forwarder or consignee.
- Letter of Authority on letter head from the Consignee to CMA-CGM authorizing representatives on to release on his behalf.
- Letter of Indemnity from the agency on Letter head.
- Letter of Clearance from the agency on letter head, stating who to release on behalf of the agency.
- Nigeria Custom Service Form C30
- CMA CGM payment confirmation on BL (Freight, Local charges, Demurrages and Container deposit).
