Philippines: 'Live Chat' – The Next Innovation on My CMA CGM

We are pleased to announce that effective 22 November 2021, a 'Live Chat' feature will be available on our eBusiness platform My CMA CGM.

'Live Chat' allows you to communicate in real-time with our Export Customer Care Representatives for urgent questions on your shipments with CMA CGM. This feature is complementary to our existing web services to make it faster and more convenient for you as compared to sending an email or making a phone call.

You may use 'Live Chat' to request for status updates, tracking information, sailing confirmations; and republish documents to your web account.

Here are the simple steps to start using 'Live Chat':

  2. Sign in using your registered email address
  3. Click on 'Help > Contact Support'
  4. Click on 'Chat with an Expert'

Customer Care Representatives will be available from 9:00AM to 5:00PM , Mondays to Fridays (except national holidays). 'Live Chat' is another step forward in our continuous efforts to improve your experience with CMA CGM.
