Philippines: Enhanced Pre-advise Procedure for Empty Equipment Delivery in Subic Bay

Dear Valued Customer,

In our continuous efforts to improve your experience with us, we wish to inform you that effective 29 November 2021, the following procedure will be implemented for the delivery of all empty equipment at Subic Bay International Container Terminal.

Please ensure that you or your associates adhere to the following new process when returning empty containers to the subject terminal:

1. Self-check the last free time date (LFD) indicated on the Delivery Order (DO).

2. If you are returning the container within the free time:

  • Using the template referenced below, send an email on the Pre-advise of Empty Container to Mailphl.operations-sfs@cma-cgm.com and attach the latest DO copy.
  • Our team will review and follow up with you accordingly.

3. If you are returning the container beyond the LFD:

  • Secure a copy of the DND invoice from Mailphl.detdem@cma-cgm.com
  • Settle the detention invoice through a bank deposit, then proceed to submit the invoice and proof of payment online via our eCASY platform.
  • Using the template referenced below, send an email on the Pre-advise of Empty Container to Mailphl.operations-sfs@cma-cgm.com and attach the latest revalidated DO copy.
  • Our team will review and follow up with you accordingly.

This process will enable you to keep your account current and avoid unnecessary inconvenience in cargo release due to outstanding detention invoices.
