JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE : CUSTOMER SERVICE (APL)

DEPARTMENT : COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT

REPORTING TO : CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR

JOB SUMMARY


This position will provide customer service excellence with the goal to grow or maintain business and relationship through working together with sales team. Actively participate in team service KPIs.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Booking Process Service
  • Building excellent relationships with customers
  • Cargo Tracing Service
  • Communication with customer for service update/failure
  • Coordinate with RAC and Commercial team in order to ensure bill of lading and other documents are completed on time
  • Customer Profile Maintenance (contact address, email, phone and fax)
  • E-Commerce Service
  • Inquiries Service (Service and Freight)
  • Proactively fix problem which could arise to failures or problems
  • Problem solving service
  • Provide special service for specific customers as approved by manager
  • respond to all customer requirements relating to documentation service in the most efficient and effective manner

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Minimum Level of Qualification:

Min. Bachelor degree


Personal Qualities:

  • Analytical skill (able to identify customer valid requirement)
  • Company product knowledge
  • Energetic and Service minded
  • Good Communication skill both in Thai and English
  • Internal System knowledge (CCMS, Reporting tools)
  • Key Business process knowledge (Booking, E-commerce)
  • PC workstation and APL system knowledge and skill
  • Proactive working and sense of emergency
  • Problem solving
  • Shipping knowledge
  • Take initiative to stop problem before arise to
  • Tolerance of ambiguity and differences
