Incorrect Quotation Ref: New Charge in Q2

On occasion, customers provide an incorrect quotation reference at the time of booking and then request for this to be changed after an invoice has been raised. Unfortunately this error causes a lot of additional administration work to rectify.

We have therefore decided to apply a charge of GBP 25 per booking when a customer requests a change of quotation reference after an invoice has been raised.

In order to avoid incurring additional charges customers should ensure that the correct quotation reference is provided when making the booking. This can be checked on the booking confirmation or on the eBooking screen on the website. Errors identified and corrected prior to the invoice being raised will not be penalised.

This charge will be applicable to all bookings confirmed after 1st April 2017. The charge will appear on your invoice against the text line ‘Bill of Lading Amendment Fee’.
