The CMA CGM Group announces the reshuffling of its services from Europe and Med to West Africa and serves the heart of Africa through inland solutions

The CMA CGM Group is pleased to announce the reshuffling of its services from Europe and Med to West Africa which will allow the Group to adapt to the market and serve the heart of Africa by Through Bill of lading (TBL) to land lock countries.


As from mid December 2013, the CMA CGM Group will deploy 5 services:


PC Weekly Service:


CMA CGM is pleased to announce the PC Weekly service improvement with the insertion of UK and Nigeria call in the rotation.


A weekly and direct loop from North Europe and Tangier to West Africa, which operates 7 vessels of 3,500 Teus.


The upgrade rotation starts on 13th December 2013 with M/V Violet vge 8B001S in Dunkirk

Rotation is as follows: Dunkirk (Fri/Fri) – Antwerp (Sat/Sun) – Tilbury (Tue/Tue) – Le Havre (Wed/Thu) – Montoir (Fri/Sat) – Tangiers SB (Tue/Wed) – Dakar (Mon/Tue) – Abidjan SB (Sat/Sun) – Lome (Fri/Sat) – Tin Can Lagos (Thu/Sun) – Abidjan NB (Tue/Wed) – Dakar (Mon/Tue) – Tangier NB (Sun/Mon) – Dunkirk

A weekly and direct loop from North Europe and Tangier to West Africa, which operates 4 vessels of 1,600 Teus.


The first voyage will start on 13th December 2013 with M/V Spero vge 8E001S.

A weekly and direct loop from North Europe and Tangier to West Africa, which remains unchanged and operates 5 vessels of 2,000 Teus.

Angola shuttle Service:


A 9-days frequency service from North Europe and Tangiers to the Angola market, which operates 5 vessels of 2,000 Teus.

Tangiers will remain a significant hub with a seamless and efficient connection with CMA CGM long haul services from Asia (FAL and MEX 3 services), from Middle East Gulf (EPIC service) and North America (Amerigo Express service).
