Considering the operational difficulties generated by the on-going replacement of gantry crane's rail tracks in Constanta, Romania, CMA CGM will implement the following Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) :

Effective September 27th, 2024 (October 25th, 2024 for US & US territories, Latin American notice countries & China)

- Scope: Worldwide cargo from/to Constanta, Romania

- Cargo: Dry, Reefer, IMO, OOG

- Amount: USD 150 per TEU

- Settlement: as per freight
