Track your container’s position at any time

Once your cargo begins its journey at sea, you can track your container and locate it in real time. Our system provides extensive information about your cargo’s current status depending on the ship’s position at sea based on your booking reference or your container’s reference.
Personalize your notifications

Configure your notifications to receive all news about all events concerning your shipment. You will be kept informed about any events related to your cargo.

Registered Customers can see the location of their container on a map together with related notifications from their account. Non-registered customers can also use our tracking tool, which provides details of your cargo’s progress. If you do not have an account, click here to create one.

In addition to your containers’ location at sea, other data can be provided to enhance security and maintain the integrity of your cargo via the Smart Dry Container service. Our cutting-edge technologies can, for example, track the opening of container doors and temperature fluctuations from one end of the journey to the other.

How do I track my container?

1 Click on Shipment Tracking on the home page or in the main menu > “My CMA CGM”.
2 Enter the booking/container reference and in one click, get your container’s most recent position at any time (you can see your container’s position at sea if you are a registered customer).
3 View its estimated time of arrival and the number of days remaining until it reaches its port of discharge.
