Dear Customer,

Considering the current congestion in Banjul, Gambia, which has been causing service disruptions involving increased operating costs, and for the purpose of maintaining service quality, CMA CGM will implement, as from November 15th , 2024, a Port Congestion Surcharge of USD 500/unit on all type of cargo to Banjul (BRAZEX, SAFRAN, NEFGUI, SEAS and SIRIUS services), in addition to the ocean freight, until December 31st, 2024.

The above PCS will take into effect basis the onboard day shown on the Bill of Lading.
