Customer Advisory - Navegantes - update IV

Dear Customer,
As previously communicated, due to the port of Navegantes closure since October 05th, as result of bad weather conditions, CMA CGM had no alternative but to divert some vessels to other ports.
Please find hereunder the updated contingency plan taken under Force Majeure and in compliance with the clause 10 of our BL Terms & Conditions:
SEAS SERVICE:
• KOTA SANTOS 0BDFWE1MA*:
o Import cargoes will be discharged in Itapoá on October 19th, 2023 (TBC).
o Export cargoes will be transferred to CMA CGM ALMAVIVA, voyage 0AAO8E1MA, ETA Navegantes on October 19th, 2023.
• CC LITANI 0BDFUE1MA*:
o Import cargoes will be discharged in Imbituba on October 18th, 2023 (TBC).
o Export cargoes will be transferred to CMA CGM ALMAVIVA, voyage 0AAO8E1MA, ETA Navegantes on October 19th, 2023.
• CC RODOLPHE 0AAMSE1MA*:
o Import cargoes will be discharged in Imbituba on October 17th, 2023 (TBC).
o No export cargoes at the moment.
• COSCO SHIPPING RHINE 0AAMUE1MA*:
o Import cargoes will be discharged in Itapoá (TBC).
o No export cargoes at the moment.
BRAZEX SERVICE:
• CARDIFF 0GBN7N1MA*:
o Import cargoes discharged in Santos on October 13th, 2023, to be connected onto next available Brazex and or Plata vessel (TBC).
o Export cargoes will be transferred to SWANSEA, voyage 0GBNBN1MA, ETA Navegantes on October 22nd, 2023.
• CMA CGM MAUPASSANT 0GBN9N1MA*:
o Import cargoes discharged in Paranaguá on October 14th, 2023, to be connected onto next available Brazex/Seas/Safran vessel (TBC).
o Export cargoes will be transferred to SWANSEA, voyage 0GBNBN1MA, ETA Navegantes on October 22nd, 2023.
