Advisory: Requirement to have a Valid Quotation at the Time of Booking

Dear Valued Customer,
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our service quality and streamline our booking process, we would like to remind you of our existing requirement for all bookings and provide an update to this policy.
Reference to Previous Advisory: Effective from 1st September 2024, a valid quotation number has been mandatory for issuing any booking. This change was introduced to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our operations, ultimately providing you with a smoother and more reliable service experience.
Updated Advisory: Starting from 31st March 2025, it will be mandatory to have a valid quotation with a rate validity matching your shipment requirements to confirm any booking. In the event that a valid rate is not provided in the quotation, the booking request will be declined.
