Dear Valued Customer,
We request your attention towards usage of our online payment confirmation tool, available on CMA CGM E-Business platform.
Usage of this tool ensures instant payment confirmation & reconciliation, receipt generation and helping prioritize release of documents.

• Submit contact information & payment + invoice details online for single as well as multiple shipments at a time.

• On payment confirmation, you will auto receive the copy of receipt (PDF) for all the payments made, on the requested email address.

• Export – Send payment receipt to ssc.INDexpwebbl@cma-cgm.com to ensure prompt issuance of bills of lading (approval of BL drafts is also a perquisite).

• Import – Upload payment receipt on ODEX platform along with DO release request & receive Import delivery order / extension without any email communication, (if all dues are cleared and receipts well attached on ODeX).

• Payment confirmation portal maybe also used to relay details of security deposit payment (by ticking the check box in the invoice details).
