Important Advisory - Enhancements to CMA CGM Website for Submitting Shipping Instructions

Dear Valued Customers,
At CMA CGM, we are committed to enhance our services to provide you with an exceptional customer experience. We are excited to inform you about a recent enhancement in our website related to the submission of shipping instructions (SI).
Under the payment terms tab, we have charge wise options as below.
Freight Charges: Customers can select the terms of payment for freight charges (prepaid / collect), the payment location, invoicing party, and currency.
Origin & Destination: (THC & Documentation fees) – Similarly the options to updated terms of payment, location, party and currency are available for local charges both origin and destination.
Note- Except for freight any local charges of shipment if payable in India will be by default invoiced in INR, hence customers are requested to select accordingly.
To assist you in navigating this new feature, a screenshot is provided below.
It is imperative that customers update the currency field correctly, failure to do so may result in the system selecting a default currency, any subsequent amendments to correct the currency after invoice generation will incur additional charges on customer account.
