Dear Valued Customer,
As we continuously strive to process your bookings efficiently, it is essential that you provide complete and accurate information to expedite our response to your booking requests.
In order to improve the turnaround time in processing your bookings, we would like to inform you that effective 1 November 2021 please:
- Ensure you have access and use our eBusiness platforms (My CMA CGM/My ANL/My CNC/My APL) to organize your shipments, such as making booking submissions, amendments or cancellations.
- Submit the booking instruction with mandatory information as follows:
- Customer name and details: booking party, shipper, consignee and notify party (if any)
- POR (if any), POL & POD, FPOD (if any), including discharge instruction that aligns with the Sales Quotation No./U.S. Service Contract number For bookings with POR/FPOD (inland movement), it is mandatory to mention the movement term (e.g. Door to CY and vice versa) and transport mode to be used (e.g. road/ ramp/rail/barge)
- Vessel and voyage details
- Sales Quotation Number or U.S. Service Contract with the service contract owner or deciding party name
- Type of container and volume; for special container, it is mandatory to include specific requirements of temperature, ventilation, humidity (for bookings using reefer), dimensions for OOG, GOH specifications etc.
- Commodity/cargo gross weight and net weight; exclude container tare weight
- Freight terms of payment, place of payment and payor details for invoice
- Empty container pick up date
- For booking regarding hazardous/dangerous cargo or booking with Shipper Owned Container (SOC), please upload your supporting documents directly online as guided below:
