Dear Valued Customer.
Please be informed that the following dates have been declared as non-working days by the Philippine Government :
1. 30 October 2023 – BSK Election day
2. 01 November 2023 – All Saints’day
3. 02 November 2023 – Additional non working day
In view of this, Cashier and Customer Service will have a skeletal staff on 30 October 2023, Monday and 02 November 2023, Thursday.
Tickets created in MyCS (My Customer Service) related to BL release and Delivery Order release request on said dates from 1:00 am to 3 :00 pm will be attended on the same day and tickets created and/or re-opened after 3 :00 pm will be attended on the next working day.
Kindly refer to the designated Empty Return Depot field for the location of where to deliver the empty container and refer to Empty Return Guide that is available in our local websites for smooth acceptance of your container.
The export empty pick up process remains the same except for the container yards which will be closed during the other upcoming legal holidays.
Normal schedule will resume on 31 October and 3 November 2023. We encourage everyone to utilize our eBusiness tools and adjust your plans accordingly.
